Leah Cohen is a professionally trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), one of the most respected culinary schools in the world. Her education there laid the foundation for a career defined by technical precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of global cuisine. After graduating, Leah continued to hone her skills in renowned kitchens across Europe and Southeast Asia, experiences that have profoundly shaped her culinary point of view.

Influenced by her Filipino heritage and international training, Leah is known for crafting bold, vibrant dishes that reflect a rich tapestry of cultural influences. Her dynamic approach to cooking has earned her national recognition, including appearances on Top Chef, Iron Chef America, Beat Bobby Flay, and Man v. Food. With each dish, Leah brings both storytelling and sophistication to the table, making her one of the most compelling voices in today’s culinary landscape.
